It is founded by members in the present statutes adopted by a constituent general meeting, Prefecture declared an association governed by the law of July 1st 1901 and the decree of 16 August 1901 entitled “Association Généalogique and Research pmInstorique on Patronymes ‘PAulet’ (or phonetic similarity) ” and their families who are connected. Its abbreviation is "A.G.R.I.P.PAOr "AGRIPPA»

This Association aims to unite all single people (amateur genealogists or not), wherever they are, whose personal research led them to focus on surnames PAULET / POLET (or phonetic similarity), to promote contacts and exchange of information for genealogical and historical concerning.

The registered office is at: 31 Avenue du General Gallieni 93250 Villemomble (France). It may be transferred by decision of the Board of Directors and will be mandatory if there is a change of President, its ratification by the General Assembly will be necessary.

The meetings are not necessarily held at the registered office, and can be kept at bay, using the means of communication offered by the Internet.

The association is composed of :

1. Honorary Members
2. Benefactors
3. Active members or members

To join the association, must be major (or provide written permission from parents), enjoyment of his civil rights, be approved by the office acting at each of its meetings, on applications for admission, it is not obliged to justify its decision.

• Founding Members (3) : Claude PAULET (President), Claudine PAULET (Treasurer), Jacqueline PAULET (Secretary).
• Active : individuals who must have signed a membership application, be sent to the headquarters of the association, and meet the requirements of Article 5 hereof or be current on their dues.
• Associate Members (Corporations)
• Volunteers : individuals who voluntarily help the association without being members. For example, they provide the association data (translations, Recounts, research, Photos…) unrequited.

Membership is lost by :

1. resignation.
2. death.
3. radiation.

• for active members and supporting members, radiation can be ordered by the Board of Directors for non-payment of dues or for other reason deemed sufficient by the same Council.
  The procedure is initiated by a letter inviting the applicant to provide explanations to the office within 3 month.
  If the explanations are considered unconvincing by the Board of Directors or if the deadline has expired, the member is removed.
• for honorary members, radiation can be delivered by the General Assembly unless such meeting is held to justify its decision.

The resources of the Association include :

• The amount of entrance fees and contributions.
• Donations and bequests from any source.
• The product demonstrations or meetings that the Association would have to organize including objects that could be sold at these events.
• The sale of publications and services that the Association would have to conduct or sponsor.
• Interest and income from money belonging to the Association, the savings on annual budgets, capital which would be made.
• Advertising revenue potential.
• The proceeds from the sale of publications that could be done under the auspices of the Association.

An accounting revenues and expenditures will be held and the accounts will be delivered each year in General Assembly.

The association is governed by a board of three members, at least, and 10, at most, (1 increments 10 members from 40) elected for 3 years by the General Assembly and renewed by thirds every year.

They are chosen in the category of active members or supporters enjoying their civil rights and may be reelected, they should undertake on their honor to respect the spirit of the association as defined in Article 1.

Donations to the association does not in any way confer greater rights than those defined in Article 6 for Patrons.

The Board of Directors chooses among its members, secret ballot if the request is made, a board consisting of :

• A President.
• Possibly a Vice President (if the number exceeds membership 40 Member).
• A Secretary.
• Treasurer.

The election of officers takes place after the general meeting.

The Council is renewed every year by a third, a lot shall leavers in necessary cases.
In case of vacancy, Council may temporarily fill replacement of its members. He proceeded to their ultimate replacement by the next General Assembly. The powers of the members so elected shall end when the term would normally expire members replaced.

All decisions of the General Assembly are taken by absolute majority of voting members.

If a quorum is not reached at the meeting of the Assembly, on first call, Assembly will be reconvened, both individual opinion through a notice on the homepage of the website of the Association, fifteen days apart, and at this new meeting she validly deliberate regardless of the number of members present and represented.

This regulation is intended to address issues not covered by the statutes in particular as regards the internal administration of the Association.

In case of dissolution by three quarters of the members present at the General Assembly, one or more liquidators are appointed by it and assets, appropriate, is vested in accordance with Article 9 the Act of July 1 1901 and the decree of 16 August 1901.

In any case the members of the association can not be attributed, any amount of the assets of the corporation, but they may get their own property, previously reported as such by the Board of Directors.

President, Vice President, the Treasurer or the Secretary, on behalf of the Board of Directors, are responsible for completing all the formalities of declaration and publication required by the legislation in force. All powers are given to the holder hereof in order to perform these procedures.
