Article IX : Board of directors

The Board of Directors chooses among its members, secret ballot if the request is made, a board consisting of :

The election of officers takes place after the general meeting.

Article XI : General Meeting

Article XII : Extraordinary General Meeting

Article XIII : Rules
The internal rules were established by the Board of Directors who has had approved by the General Assembly.

Article XIV : Dissolution de l’association
