Article I : AGRIPPA

Association Law 1901, Its sole aim to bring together all persons (amateur genealogists or not), wherever they are, whose personal research led them to become interested in surnames PAULET / POLET (or phonetic similarity), to promote contacts and exchange of information for genealogical and historical concerning.

That information is collected and made freely available to the public on the pages of a website.
A private space accessible by password only to members of the family genealogy.

An online form makes contact with the webmaster, contact address is not shared to avoid unwanted messages sent by malicious robots.

The previous site devoted to such research has already been declared to the CNIL and the CSA.

Article II : obligations and rights of members

Founding members, but they refused, part of law, their lives, Board of Directors of the Association where they are allowed quota on the number of directors under section 13. They govern the annual assessment and in this case they have a right to vote, Founding President with a right corresponding to 2 voice.

Active members pay an annual. They each have one vote at General Meetings.

Sustaining members are regarded as such if they agree to pay an annual fee at least twice that of the more active members 3 consecutive years. They then each one vote at General Meetings.

Honorary members pay no annual fee and each have a right to vote at General Meetings Ordinary only.

The Board may decide to invite the members of honor and person of his choice. Have the status of honorary members who have rendered outstanding services to the Association.

They are exempt from dues. However, they contribute, they may be elected to the Board of Directors and to vote.

The volunteers and associate members are legal persons who wish to participate in certain activities of the Circle, pay no annual fee and have no voting.

The management of power in voting is managed by the Rules.

The amount of annual dues for active membership, as well as the right of entry are modified, if necessary, by decision of the General Assembly.
They are set by the General Assembly and are subject to annual review.

No member is entitled to membership in the Association in the publication or dissemination of research without the consent of the Board or face dismissal from office and public correction at its expense in the manner decided by Board of Directors.

Article III : funds made available to the Association

The private funds made available to the Association (Photos, documents, Various acts, etc.) remain the inalienable property of the person (or assigns) which has made available to the association.

All documents must bear a stamp or a mark to identify, their content can be published without the written permission of their owner.
The substance in its entirety must be returned as soon as the owner requested.

The files document the funds that have been published, restent à la disposition de l’Association qui pourra en assurer une nouvelle diffusion avec l’accord écrit de leur propriétaire.

Where a fund is left to the Association on the death of its owner, it is the beneficiaries who become de facto new owners, or a person designated by them with the latter obligation to respect the entire fund and the private character of the latter.
In the absence of a buyer the funds will be distributed to Departmental records with mention of this clause.

Article IV : deposit of funds in the departmental archives

When filing it must be specified that the trustee or his successors retains full ownership of the materials and must sign an agreement with the Department which are revocable in the manner specified communications in connection with Article 6, documents entrusted to the departmental archives.

Article V : Warning

Article VI : Materials loaned to the association

The materials which they are made available to the Association *2(microcomputer, Printers, drives etc..) feront l’objet d’un inventaire approuvé par le conseil d’administration.
They will be returned to their owner in case of dissolution of the association or upon the resignation of the association of the latter, or his dependents in case of death of the lender.
A budget alternative may be voted by the Board and assigned to the owner for the replacement of one of these devices with more than three years of use for the benefit of the association.

Article VII : Subscription

The annual fee is set at 30euros/an the journal are sent by post.

The latter is charged for an entire year from January 1st 31 December, it will lead to the publication of 2 fascicles annual "Little Paulette" dealing with a feature article focuses on the surname PAULET / POLET, the state of research with the publication of genealogical lists, and questions / answers and one or more layers corresponding to the family genealogy.

These booklets will be published as PDF files downloaded from, any reproduction of items processed by any means whatsoever is strictly prohibited without prior written permission requested editor.

This contribution to cover part :

  • The costs of Internet access for the site *.
  • The costs of site hosting and domain names.
  • Part of the insurance hardware made available to the Association *.
  • The expenditure of consumables (paper, ink, stamps) for the operation of the association.
  • The cost of participation in exhibitions or fairs.
  • Other investments in equipment, replacing the equipment reaches its end of life.
  • The cost of insurance relating to associations.

Expenses not covered by contributions will be borne by the Chairman with a limit of 150 € / year.

Article VIII : Site Access

Only those who paid their dues to all members and supporters can enjoy the works published by the Association.
Regarding private family space, photos informed, acts of "BMS" and other information will be available for download, all within the law of 75 years, with the exception of information regarding the direct affiliations.

When the current research are sufficiently advanced a loose leaf booklet will be offered to family members who wish for a contribution to fixed costs later, This booklet can be supplemented by photographs or informed by other documents provided by the family, a message will be circulated before its release and if you want to include one of your documents you will kindly send it asap editor (President of the Association).

Article IX : Other funding

Outside normal contributions, the association is likely to receive corporate donations in connection with the Surname, it may also in agreement with them to offer advertising these products as "Goodies", example : champagnes "Hubert Paulet" and a number of bibliographical.

Article X : Consideration

Members of the Association may receive any payment for the functions which are conferred, cons by certain expenses may be reimbursed if they so request with a letter.

Article XI : Role of the Board of Directors

The Board is vested with extensive powers to authorize all acts which are not strictly reserved to the General Assembly.
He oversees the management of officers and has the right to hold them accountable for their actions.

It authorizes any purchases necessary for the Association. It determines the amount of any payment representing exceptionally granted to certain members of the Association, in the limit of 1000 € agreement with mandatory 3 Founding Member.

Article XII : Role of officers

President(and) : The President shall convene the General Meetings and meetings of the Board of Directors. He represents the Association in all acts of civil life and is invested with all powers to that effect.

He has standing to sue on behalf of the Association as plaintiff or defendant.

In case of absence or illness it is replaced by Vice-President, the Secretary, or by any other director delegated by the Board of Directors.

Secretary : The Secretary is responsible for all correspondence regarding paper or electronic, and archives. It prepares the minutes and the transcript provides the registers. He keeps the special register, statutory, and ensures the implementation of prescribed formalities.
In case of absence or illness it is replaced by the President.

Treasurer(and) : The Treasurer is responsible for all matters concerning the management of the assets of the Association. It makes all payments and collects all revenue under the supervision of the President. He may delegate some of its activities with the approval of the Board of Directors.

He keeps regular accounts, overnight, all operations and reports to the General Assembly which decides on the management.
In case of absence or illness it is replaced by the President.
